About Us
Hello, my name is Val and I have worked in the catering & Hospitality Industry since leaving Guilford Tecnical Collage in 1979. I have been employed within the industry in many different establisment around the country, from small counrty Inns to Large national hotels, from managing small family run businesses to now taking the step to set up and establish my own.
I have always wanted to work for myself and saw a gap in the market and therefore the opportunity to establish The Little Pantry. I spend my time doing what I love and that is baking. I enjoy my working day creating a wide variety of Cookies, Biscuits, Scones and Tray Bakes. I am also able to fulfill any orders for savoury items on request. I sell these products at local Farmers Markets and Craft Fayres around North Devon and several local shops. I am happy to take orders over the phone/Email or please call in to discuss your requirements.
